Order placement

Orders received by customer services before 11:00 AM will usually be dispatched the following day. 

​

An order acknowledgement should be received via email immediately after the order is received. It is vital that this is checked as soon as it is received to ensure that any human error from either party is resolved prior to dispatch. It is deemed checked and accepted 1 hour after receipt of order acknowledgement. A 30% restocking fee applies once product has left our premise so, please ensure that your orders are correct, and you are familiar with our 'Not Perfect' finish of our products. For all products that are not readily available for dispatch or for orders that are a special order.

You should receive a phone call to confirm an ETA.

Note: No returns will be accepted on special orders.

Cartage and Packaging

All pricing excludes delivery, which will be quoted at time of order. A packaging charge of $40 will apply for all orders under 30 sheets. Customers are welcome to collect orders with no packaging.

Returns Policy

All returns including customer cancelled orders will be decided at the sole discretion of Upcycled Building Materials Australia Pty Ltd. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement. UBMA requires a return of goods form to be filled out along with all the information in the checklist prior to any goods being returned. Before requesting to return any goods ensure that they are still in the same condition that they were received in.

You will need to send the following information:

  • Initial order form

  • UBMA invoice copy (must be within 30 days of receiving the goods)

  • Reason for the return

  • Signed confirmation of acceptance of the 30% restocking fee

  • Credit request form

Note that you will need to return the goods at your own cost and this must be within 30 days of initial receipt of goods. The credit will only be processed after the goods are inspected and found to be in the original condition. 

 

Terms and Conditions

The Upcycled Building Materials Australia Pty Ltd terms and conditions as found on our Account Application form apply to all sales. Ownership of all products remain with UBMA until paid for in full. All prices are current as at the date of printing this price list. Terms and conditions apply. CBM reserves the right to change or alter the prices as required without prior notification. All prices are per sheet.
